Cindy Finke, PT, ATC
Cindy received her degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota and has been practicing physical therapy in the Twin Cities area for over 30 years. She established MN Sport & Spine Rehab in 1991. She is a certified athletic trainer and received certification as a Sports Clinical Specialist in 1982 from the APTA.
Cindy's clinical specialties include management of knee injuries, spinal stabilization, return to sport program, balance and vestibular dysfunction as well as general orthopedic conditions. She has a special interest in working with women's health issues and female athletes.
She finds value in associating with her professional colleagues and has served on the Board of Directors for both the MN APTA and Sports Section of the APTA.
Cindy enjoys gardening, walking and spending time with family and friends.
Dave Filzen, PT, CSCS
Dave received his degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota in 1988. In 1991 he partnered with Cindy Finke after practicing in Edina and Burnsville. He earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 1991.
His clinical specialties include shoulder injuries, sports injuries, rehab and return to activity in the overhead athlete (throwing, volleyball, swimming, tennis), development of return to sports activity programs, and general and sports related conditioning. Dave has worked with numerous professional athletes as well as hundreds of high level athletes. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association including the Sports Section as well as the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Dave and his wife have seven children. Away from work Dave's life is centered on fellowship with his family and friends.
Jill Lawrence, PT
Jill received her Master's degree from Des Moines University with an osteopathic background in 1997. She joined MSSR in September of 2003 after practicing for six years in Wisconsin.
Jill has continued her manual skill development with advanced education through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy.
As a member of the Women's Health section of the American Physical Therapy Association, Jill holds advanced training and a strong clinical interest in rehabilitation for pelvic pain, incontinence, post pelvic and abdominal surgery, pre and post partum care and other conditions affecting women.
Jill enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active with her husband and children.
Jared Schroeder, PT
Jared is a native of Fargo, ND where he attended North Dakota State University (NDSU), earning an Exercise Science degree prior to attending graduate school at the University of Minnesota where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).
He has recently returned to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area to be with his fiancée after practicing as a licensed Physical Therapist in northern IL and western MN. He has a special interest in sports medicine Injuries, orthopaedic extremity conditions and the overhead athlete.
In his spare time Jared enjoys hunting, being outdoors, and playing softball.
Missy Moser, PTA
Missy received her Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from St. Mary's Junior College in Minneapolis, MN in 1986. She has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings and joined MSSR in 2000. She also attended the Minneapolis School of Massage in 1981 and is a certified massage therapist.
Her clinical subspecialties include massage, myofascial release, ASTYM and general orthopaedics.
Missy enjoys going to concerts and ice fishing with her husband as well as spending time outdoors with her dogs.
